Turning Point is a small mental health clinic located in the historic Seafarer's Center (formerly the rectory for St. Clemens Catholic Church) in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Duluth. We are conveniently located on the bus line right off of 35, with plenty of free off street parking.

Sliding Fee Scale
A sliding fee scale based on income is available for those without insurance. Please call for more information and to request an application.

Copays are due at the time of service. Please let us know if you need to make payment arrangements.
